(New York, NY) – Razor & Tie Entertainment is proud to announce the release of Tom Chapin’s new CD, “Some Assembly Required.” Chapin, one of America’s favorite family recording artists, is planning several concerts to celebrate the release.
“Some Assembly Required” features 15 new songs written and produced by Tom and his longtime collaborators John Forster, Michael Mark and Jon Cobert. The new CD features acoustic instrumental whizzes Eric Weissberg (of “Dueling Banjos” fame), Joanie Madden (Cherish The Ladies), Larry Campbell (longtime Bob Dylan bandmate), as well as a vocal duets with special guests Vanessa Williams, Dan Zanes and Laurie Berkner, respectively.

Tom Chapin’s diverse career turns also include a stint as the lead in the Broadway musical “Pump Boys and Dinettes”, a role on television as the host on ABC’s “Make A Wish” and most recently a cameo in Jonathan Demme’s remake of The Manchurian Candidate.
